PARSCONTROL Hopper Loader is designed for conveying granulated materials into processing machines that are feeded with granules. Vacuum unit and raw material storage reservoir in PARSCONTROL Hopper Loader have separate structures connected to each other. Special mounting flanges, antistatic hose and stainless steel suction pipe make it easy to mount hopper to the main feeding system. Control unit of the hopper by using level sensors detects the material absence and convey the raw material via vacuum system to the feeder bunker, making the production process continuous and increasing productivity of the whole system.
Dust absorbing fabric filter periodically cleaned by Automatic Cleaning System protecting it from damage. Filter consist of stainless steel frame and fabric coating. Hopper loader is controlled by Pars control device designed special for PARSCONTROL. Special software makes it available to adjust all the process variables such as timing, vacuum settings and raw material amount.
